Airmanship

Airmanship is built on the foundation of Air Force Core Values. From the beginning of their journey and service in the Air Force, Airmen have been taught what it means to be an Airman. Airmanship is a pursuit that spans across a career and begins with a relentless and innovative mindset. To build on this mindset andhelp Airmen embody “Airmanship,” we must foster discussions within an environment that captures and discusses the values, principles, and essence of being an Airman.

Fundamentals of Strategic Ethical Decision Making

This course explores the fundamentals of ethical decision making by defining the difference between morals and ethics, identifying moral sources in the context of the Air Force, and comparing and applying three broad ethical frameworks. The course is designed to assist Airmen in thinking critically about everyday ethical dilemmas they may face and inspire them to live, act, and discuss what ethical behavior means to them as Airmen. The course is intended to be interactive with a mix of lecture, discussion, and application.
