Enhancing Human Capital (EHC) focuses on self-reflection as a means to better understand how we can become better friends, parents, spouses, co-workers, and leaders – in short, better people.  Topics covered in the presentation include: recognizing personal biases; entrenched thinking; power and authority; shaping perceptions and communication.
