We often hear about different generations in the workforce, but what is a generation and what does that mean for leading the next generation?  Why do different generations approach things differently?  How do we ensure we are motivating and supporting every generation within our ranks?  This lecture emphasizes the general differences between generations while answering those questions and focusing on the importance of cognitive diversity and the universal truths for all generations.
